Refund policy

In order to keep the cost of our products as low as possible, every order is printed on demand. This means no large inventory of pre-printed mugs is kept... every mug is hand-made to your specifications. For this reason, the eligibility of returns/exchanges is exceedingly limited.

Returns
If our shop has made an error and you are eligible for a return or exchange, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately even if eligible we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If all criteria for a return or exchange is met, your item(s) must be unused and returned to us in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Damaged Goods
Upon providing proof (i.e. photograph) of the damaged mug(s), CoffeeMugsNeverLie.com will ship a replacement mug with no further questions asked.
