What is your standard turnaround time?
Our time required to process your order, hand-press your new mug to your specifications, and get it to the post office is 1-3 business days (sometimes next day or even same day, depending on the time of your order and our workload). Please allow up to 24 hours for USPS to update tracking information.
Can you explain your Priority Mail shipping upgrade?
Priority Mail is a shipping service offered by the United States Postal System. After being received by the USPS, Priority Mail ships within the United States in 1-3 days. Please note, selecting the Priority Mail upgraded service is not a guarantee of expedited processing time as explained above.
I don't understand the image location options. Can you explain?
For some of our original designs, we allow you to customize your mug by making it right handed, left handed, printed on both sides, or simply across from the handle. See the image location key below to know exactly what to expect. On newer designs, print locations are limited to "On Both Sides" and "Across from Handle."
I've bought mugs online before and the image either washes off or peels off. Are your mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes. Our mugs are not made from cheap vinyl. We use a high temperature heat process to bind special dye sublimation ink to your mug. This process not only makes your image hold up for the life of the mug, but also look entirely more professional than mugs you'll find in other shops.
Please note, due to the color settings on your screen and the nature of the dye sublimation process, image and accent colors may not match 100%. If you feel as though your order is exceptionally different from that pictured, please send a photograph of your mug to firstname.lastname@example.org to be considered for an exchange.
Also: Our ceramic mugs are also microwave safe, however we recommend you absolutely do not attempt to microwave any of our stainless steel travel mugs or water bottles.
I'm interested in carrying your mugs at my store. Do you offer wholesale pricing?

I have a hundred million social media followers, can I have a free mug in exchange for promotion?
Maybe. While we occasionally offer these opportunities, we are selective about who represents our brand. If you would like to be considered, please email us at email@example.com with links to the social media you plan on using to share our product(s).
Can I add a line of text, a name, or a date to my mug?
Probably. We are happy to work with you individually to make your mug even more personalized. However, we reserve the right to decline any custom work that exceeds our ability or sensible good-reason.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders, unless the item is damaged during the shipping process.
